Anyone for feeling better?

So this is what some of us in the blog world our thinking,
friends, help, diabetic, weight loss, discouraged, feeling better,
tips, conversation and lots of fun. Journaling our
weight loss adventures, Activities and just overall feel better.
First Idea
One Idea I have come up with for us Girls, while your sitting
here bloggin' away. Ya know we could all use a dose of
practicing our Kegal excersises. That will really help the next
time we need to sneeze, cough or laugh ourselves to death.
Don't ya think
Okay now 1, 2, 3, Kegal. again 1, 2, 3,
Practice at least 5 minutes for every hour of
Internet blog reading.
Just a thought.
