Sarge wrote me asking how many points in a slice of Cherry Pie. Yummy. If it's a commercially made piece (which taste like crap) it's 7 Points. Now if Miss Bee made it with a good old Fashioned Recipe, with all the good sugar's and stuff. Then it would be a 12.... Heaven on Earth.

Hmmm, but what if you ate the piece of pie while riding a stationary bike? I'm sure it would have to drop at least 2 points :-)
