Well, last night around 3:00 in the morning I was laying in bed and Putter came home I was feeling super grouchy and shaking. I thought something must be up with my sugar. Good Gosh it was 60 Yikes, so I went and had a glass of juice and then had some bannana nut oatmeal. I ate the oatmeal because it is a slow digesting carb. About a half hour later I felt better and then I was exhausted. Well, I got up later this morning and went and took my blood sugar this morning it was 238. Geez. I am off balance. I haven't had a readin like that in quite sometime. What should I have eaten when it went down to 60 in the night. Any suggestions.... Skittle??? Anyone else.
