Exhausted, Frustrated

Of course I couldn't sleep last night and I had to be to work by 6:30 this morning. It was a crazy day. My boss is a little kid. So I had to tell him so. Gosh what a big spoiled brat he is. But, it's not like I didn't know it. He rant's and raves all the time. HE says all his employees are stupid, he talks crap about everyone and is mad if they don't show up. Every one has a Nextel. It is a hay/straw trucking farming crap company. So someone is always having a problem. Either it rains or such other things. I am constantly dealing with a temp service. The boss only wants to pay minimum wage so we only get to have the bottom of the barrel as far as knowledge of Farming. If you want people that know what they are doing then you need to pay for that knowledge. So because my boss won't we get the bottom of the knowledge crop which equals they don't know nothin'. He yells at everyone so people are afraid to ask questions. If you think and use your brain you are yelled at. If you don't use your brain you are yelled out. No hope for this guy. Yep. That is my day. Dealing with people who are hurt all day long, financial problems. DOT Rules for the trucks that the boss doesn't want to follow. I just want to make him go home and I will take over. Hey is 49 years old and he is a screaming, negative ya-hoo.

So tonight I find myself tired. I type alot during the day. You may have to deal with some talky blogs coming up soon. Because it's just easier at times.
