It might get interesting now. hmmm....

This Presidential Race might get interesting now.....

Her father shot the grizzly bear whose hide is now draped over the sofa in her office. She, too, hunts and fishes. She runs marathons. She delivered her fifth child during her first term as governor. They call her husband, the reigning champion in the annual Iron Dog Snow Machine race, First Dude.

Sarah Palin, Sen. John McCain's surprising pick for a running mate, took Alaska by surprise, too, not long ago. Though indisputably Alaskan, she rose to prominence by bucking the state's rigid Republican hierarchy, impressing voters more through warmth and charm than an established record........ I am going to do a lot more research on this Lady.... This is going to be fun and she is a member of the NRA.... Cool I say..

Interesting, for sure! From what I heard about her before this, she's really popular in her state. Maybe she'll light a fire under McCain...
He's SO boring...

(Just a friendly debate)

This is what I know about Sarah. Understand I love and follow politics religiously, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of her.

Sarah Palin, if McCain wins, will be the most beautiful VP ever!

Palin was the mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. Wasilla is a town of 8,000 and ONLY employs just over a hundred people. This town didn’t even make it in the top 10 largest cities in Alaska.

She has NO experience in foreign policy and defense matters.

She in under investigation by the REPUBLICAN controlled legislature.

Hillary supporters are too smart to cross over to the “other side”.

What she can bring to the table:
Her great looks
An adorable family
And if the United States is ever attacked by bear or moose, she wont hesitate to shoot to kill.

Major McCain supporters can say what a great choice this is all they want. I know very well they are gritting their teeth.

McCain is brilliant and made a brilliant choice! I wish I lived in the US so I could vote...oh well, we have our own election coming up it looks like, we need to work on keeping in our current awesome government, first one we've had in years!

Can't wait to see such an incredible woman as VP! McCain is smart, but not so easy on the eyes LOL, at least there's be someone nice to look at up there with him LOL.

I would have to say that McCain's choice has most definitely put a completely different spin on the Presidential race.

Of course, I'm sure the Democratic Party is doing its best to dig up dirt on Governor Palin and will try to portray her in the very worst possible light as heaven forbid this election not be about bringing down the other person rather than putting forth one's own good qualifications for the office for which one is running.

I so hate negative politics but boy, I can hear this election gearing up even more as you know that the Dems are going to drag Hillary out to vilify Governor Palin as much as possible just to make sure that her supporters don't go "to the other side".

From what I've heard and read so far, I like McCain's choice - I like her a lot!

I vote for the person and not the party but I'm not impressed with McCains choice as a running mate. She has no high level government experience, her large family responsibilities are a concern along with having a special needs child (that should be her ultimate concern).
It's just so late in the process to introduce a virtual unknown to this monumental race.

A month ago, I would have predicted Obama choosing a female running-mate and McCain choosing a white male for VP.
Now you know why I'm not a bookie in Vegas, eh???

I agree. This has put a different twist on things. AHHH. I am trying not to get online today. I was at a friends house and I had to show her boobs....haahaha(as if we don't see our own enough) No really, I wanted to show her your blog. Have a great Labor Day.

I can't even remember my URL...

Ya know, the only thing we can do is pay attention. It's so very important especially this time around. Also, we can't vote on what we hear Rush or Olbermann (the love of my life) say. We all have computers which means we all have the ability to research.

Factcheck.org is one of my favorite spots to start researching.
