Monday Weigh in Day

Monday is weigh in day at Weight Watchers. I have no idea how I will do for weighing in. My blood sugars have been wacky the last couple of days. I do not weigh during the week at all. I consider that a form of torture. So I will only Weigh on Mondays. Something I have to get over, I seem to restrict my water in take on weigh in days. Wrong. Wrong. I am probably stopping my system of getting rid of heavier waste. So I pledge before you all tonight that tomorrow I will drink all my water and we will see what happens. The human mind can be so irrational sometimes. How annoying. I will post my success or lack of on Monday night. So pay attention to my ticker and we will see which way it moves. Any one else have a story or suggestion for Weigh in Days????

Hi Callie,

I know this may be obvious...but wear the same clothes or same kind of clothes....no layers of course.
Have a great day....and drink that water!

P.S. I am on my way over to the club to work out....I will do a few extra minutes on the treadmill in your honor!

I myself like the lady in your caption, but again that is not the route to take since most would take that as be highly aggitated or an aggresive take on the subject... So I go with the idea of walk, walk, walk, eat proportional and watch the fat and sugar... Whooola! Now I need to read what I write! Love ya Callie and I am proud of you!

At home I weigh first thing in the morning. At the doctor's I take off my coat, shoes and set my purse down :)

Back when I used to go to WW with my cousin (long before I threw my book across the room and vowed never to darken their doorstep again!) we wouldn't go in for our weigh-in and meeting until the evening so it was tough to watch what I ate all day. In retrospect, maybe a morning meeting would have been better! I never weighed myself during the week either as one's weight can fluctuate so much from day to day. I just wanted to go with their official reading and call that good. Scales - in my mind - are a tool of the Devil!

I'm sure you did great this week and not to fear, I'm working on getting the other blog up and running! I'll keep you posted!

Hi Callie,
How are you doing ?

Thank you for visiting our blog.
I'am just discovering your's today for the first time.
I'am wishing you continued success for the weight loss. Totally agree with you that a daily weighing in, is too nerve wracking.
But, if I can say, drink your water. Your body needs it.

Take care and see you again soon.
